RLW Assistant
Free community management for up to three Discord servers per client.
Accounts And Access
Clients use their global RedLava account and connect Discord to prove server access. You must own the server or have Manage Server or Administrator permission. Platform administration has a separate owner login at discord.redlava.world/admin. Client access never grants owner access.
Connect A Server
Sign in, connect Discord, create your workspace, invite RLW Assistant and connect a server you manage. Configure each server separately. Finish connecting an invited server within ten minutes; unconnected invitations are removed automatically.
Three-Server Limit
A client may connect at most three servers across their owned workspaces. A server cannot be assigned to another client. Removing a connection frees a slot; reconnecting still requires authorization.
Permissions And Integrations
Grant permissions appropriate for your modules. Moderation needs suitable role hierarchy. Messages need channel access. Verification and external feeds can require provider credentials and owner setup.
Privacy And Security
The service stores linked account identifiers, server identifiers, configuration and operational records needed to provide your workspace. Credentials are stored privately; saved provider secrets are encrypted. Workspace access scopes configuration and records to authorized clients. Never share tokens, secrets or owner credentials.
Acceptable Use
Only manage servers you are authorized to control. Do not use this service for spam, harassment, credential collection or bypassing Discord rules. Abuse may lead to suspension. Keep your own copies of important configuration. Uninterrupted service and third-party availability are not guaranteed.
Troubleshooting
If a server is missing, check your linked Discord account and Manage Server permission. For failed actions, check bot permissions, channel access, role hierarchy and provider configuration. Contact RedLava support without including secrets.
